Document Checklist

Have these ready and your application moves faster.

Business identity

  • Legal business name, EIN, entity documents (articles, operating agreement)
  • Business address and start date

Owners

  • Government-issued photo ID for each owner with 20% or more
  • Ownership percentages

Bank statements

  • Last 6 months of business bank statements (all accounts)

Tax & financials

  • Business tax returns (last 1–2 years)
  • Year-to-date profit & loss and balance sheet
  • Accounts receivable/payable aging (if applicable)

Debt

  • List of existing business loans and advances with balances and payments

Secured & real estate loans

  • Property address, purchase contract or mortgage statement
  • Appraisal (if available), rent roll and operating statements

Equipment loans

  • Vendor quote or invoice with equipment details
